I would like to welcome you all to Northview Elementary. This is the start of my 6th year as a principal at Northview Elementary. I am married to Patrick Ball. We have two daughters Josie and Kaylee. Josie is currently a Senior at JHS and Kaylee is a Freshmen at JHS. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rio Grande and a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Ohio University.

I feel being a principal has given me the opportunity to work with some wonderful people. We have a great staff of teachers, secretaries, janitors, and cooks. We all have high expectations for every child who attends Northview Elementary. We are committed to doing what is best for every child.

We know the importance of a caring environment. Our students will become part of the Northview family. We are always eager to hear what our parents have to say. If you have input please feel free to send an email or make a phone call. We want all parents, grandparents, and children to feel welcome at our school. We encourage all parents to come in and volunteer their time either in the classroom, library, or during parties. We have many opportunities throughout the year that would benefit the children by having a few volunteers to help our teachers in the classrooom.
